Frank W. Houser Rites Wednesday
Frank Ward Houser, 75, died of a coronary occlusion at 4 a.m. Sunday at his residence, 802 Washington, where he had been in failing health with a heart condition for several years.
Born in Beth Twp., June 1, 1885, he was the son of William S. and Rachel Hipple Houser. He was married at Troy to Emma J. Byrd October 5, 1907. A retired felt weaver, he had been employed at the Orr Felt and Blanket Co. for 28 years. He was a member of Ruby Concil. Daughters of America.
He is survived by his wife, Emma; four children, William H. Houser, Mrs. Paul Jay (Nina), Robert E. Houser and Mrs. Robert Bragg (Patricia), all of Piqua; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. One son is deceased.
Services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Jamieson Funeral Home with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home today and until the time of the services Wednesday.
